Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled IT Analyst to evaluate, improve, and maintain our IT systems and processes. The ideal candidate will analyze technical issues, optimize IT solutions, and collaborate with teams to enhance overall efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software applications, and data management.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess IT systems, networks, and software to identify areas for improvement
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure smooth IT operations
• Manage and support software applications, databases, and system integrations
• Ensure IT security measures are in place to protect data and prevent cyber threats
• Monitor system performance and suggest optimizations for efficiency
• Develop documentation, reports, and user manuals for IT processes and solutions
• Stay up to date with emerging IT trends and recommend relevant upgrades

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues
• Familiarity with cloud computing, ERP systems, or business intelligence tools is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
